About

I work across Asian and Western cultures to introduce new technologies and processes to local and international customers, or to channel partners. Over the last 19 years, I have built expertise at driving sales and marketing for professional services, business software and cloud computing to both large enterprises directly, and to SME customers via indirect channels. I have managed sales teams at a startup company helping to create a brand new industry (online branding in China from 2000-2004), to professional services team, to a large direct and indirect sales force of 120. I help teams define a clear product or service’s market entry strategy, the design of demand generation campaigns, and organize the sales and the service delivery of new complex solutions to market. I set a collaborative environment across cultures and ensure execution: agreeing on priorities, objectives and incite people for creative ideas to anticipate and solve problems. To ensure I can recruit and retain motivated talent I encourage team members set career development & personal goals and a ensure a continuous follow up process.
