I have been on the frontlines of digital transformation for my entire career; I built the digital and social media practices, forging new paths across web, social, streaming, data and programmatic during a rapidly changing media landscape. I have used digital media and emerging technology to build massive, engaged fan bases, most notably for iconic series including Game of Thrones, Girls, Insecure, Euphoria, Big Little Lies, VEEP, Westworld, Silicon Valley and The Sopranos. In 2015, I led the go-to-market strategy for HBO’s pivot to Direct-to-Consumer with the launch of HBO Now. As the EVP of Digital Media & Marketing, I oversaw a team of 125+ that included digital & social marketing, emerging technologies (VR, AR & Voice), the editorial and publishing operations for digital platforms (GO/NOW/HBO.com) and growth marketing for HBO’s streaming service. I also developed and launched HBO's first Marketing Fellowship Program designed to find, train and mentor the next generation of marketers.
