At Lower.com I started as an Account Manager, outbound dialing to book meetings for loan advisors. From there, I quickly was promoted to Loan Advisor and Sr. Loan Advisor - in those positions I was a top 10% salesperson, President's Club award winner, and the fastest promoted to Sr. Loan Advisor in company history. From there, I was promoted to an AVP of Lending role, also fasted promoted in company history, where I managed a team starting at 10 and growing to 20 while also performing as a producing salesperson. In this role, my team was the top-producing AVP team per head and by volume, and I was the top-producing AVP on personal production, and remained a top 10% producing loan advisor in the company while managing a team. From there, I was promoted to VP of Lending (also fastest promoted in company history) managing a team of 2-4 AVP (managers) and a team size ranging from 20-38 total producing salespeople. In this role, I ran weekly trainings, made hiring and firing decisions, developed a sales curriculum, and the branch maintained as a top-performing branch in the company.
