Presently, as part of Treasury team, raising funds through debt instruments like Loans, NCDs and CPs. Managed credit including deal origination, evaluation, sanction, disbursement, post disbursement monitoring till recovery. Handled entire gamut of Issue Management activities like Deal Origination, Capital Structuring, Preparation of Documents, Liasioning with regulatory authorities, Marketing of the Issue etc. Successfully handled more than 20 issues. Arranged Rs.10 billion of debt for a Government Company through Private Placement of Bonds. In PE advisory space, worked on sourcing of clients, structuring of the deal, preparation of IM, negotiations on term sheet and finally closing of the deal. Arranged Rs.250 million for a logistics Company. Carried out a valuation of Mining Company.Was advisor to one of the best State Regulatory Commission in the power sector. Represented, a State Government through its Development Corporation in a delegation to China on Study of Fireworks Industry.
