I’ve been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, using creativity and technology to develop innovative and game-changing products. I am passionate about developing product strategy, plans and roadmaps that define our bank’s payments/cards, lending, channel/digital and depositary solutions. I joined UMB Bank 13 years ago to oversee bank product management and development. During that time, our team has overhauled our consumer and commercial cards & digital products, greatly expanded our product offerings and created strategies that our clients need and want. In addition to my work at UMB, I am very active in the payments industry and have spoken at several national payments forums and panels I am on the board of directors for the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and The Family Conservancy, serve in the Federal Reserves (10 J) Payment Advisory Group, VISA Senior Client Council and in Bottomline Technologies Strategic Advisory Board. I am a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
