• Understand and break-down global business strategies into unit’s objectives and cascade to all levels in the team with a focus on the organization values and high performance culture – was responsible for creating customized and SMART objectives with a focus on values for the Cash operations Analyst, SA and TM roles.• Responsible for the end-to-end business delivery with a focus on cost and quality for all APAC payments processing teams in India and ensure business continuity plans and strategies are functional at all times.• Escalation and incident management for APAC countries, which includes both Domestic and Cross Border payments.• Managed global audit for all manual payments for India – tasks included identifying key risks in process, systems, toxic combinations, user profile and accesses and regulatory breaches – only region with NIL process gap findings across the globe• Risk assessment for applications used in payments processing – instrumental in identifying risk in the payments workflow tool and APAC payments processing application malfunctions and working with GT teams in resolving and enhancing the controls• Driving process improvements and efficiency by identifying application and technology improvements while managing risk – liaise with GT for application enhancement suggestions and ideas and follow through up to implementation• Key role in identifying manual payments that can be converted to electronic form by categories such as client, region and internal departments.• Develop relationship and credibility with stakeholders and cross-divisional peers.
