My ideal position is based not on the title or the industry, but rather on the team of people with whom I work. My professional satisfaction comes from being part of a team that is "all in the boat together and rowing in the same direction" to achieve the goals of the company's strategic vision. Working with such a team, I bring energy, enthusiasm and optimism, accompanied by the realism ingrained from my training as a CPA.During my career, I've had the opportunity to move back and forth between financial roles and operational positions across several industries. The breadth of my experience makes me particularly valuable to businesses experiencing significant change -- expansion or downsizing, culture change to enhance business success, organizational restructuring or recapitalization. My ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization -- from the boardroom to the warehouse floor -- allows me to be effective as a leader, team member, or liaison.
