Throughout my career, I have embraced the challenges of entrepreneurship, and it has been an incredible journey filled with growth and success. Allow me to share a glimpse of my experiences and accomplishments. From an early age, I was captivated by the power of entrepreneurial pursuits. With zero capital and a one-man band, I took my first steps into the business world. These humble beginnings paved the way for the establishment and management of profitable companies with over 200 employees, all under my guidance. What truly excites me are the projects that push the boundaries, those that have never been done before. The ones where I get to be a pioneer. Of course, embarking on such ventures comes with its share of challenges and uncertainties. While being the first to create something new is exhilarating, there is no roadmap to follow when faced with mistakes or wrong steps. Fortunately, my journey has been bolstered by the skills I have honed over the years. Creativity, innovation, effective organizational abilities, and strategic marketing expertise are just a few of the strengths I bring to the table. To date, I have launched and successfully led six start-ups, earning recognition and accolades within my profession. Notably, I was honored with the Manager of the Year award in my home country, Croatia, as well as a nomination for Woman of the Year - Entrepreneur of the Year.
