JobTwine tends to leverage the power of community and learn from diverse pool of candidates/interviewers to solidify the overall evaluation and feedback mechanism and help democratize the overall process.Prior to this, I have scaled up product engineering teams for 2 startups in the US (both acquired by Optum Inc) in the last few years by navigating through the change, the technical challenges that come along with it, hiring top talent and most importantly through the art of people management. The good stress that comes with it creates opportunities that are high impact and worth living for.- 17+ years of experience in leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. - At DocASAP (now Optum Inc), built the distributed engineering function from scratch, from a small team to a 100+ group in a span of 2 years. I lead multiple functions such as Dev, QA, DevOps, Security, Agile groups and Architecture.
