I've been involved in the rapid, safe growth of banks for over 42 years. My formal education is in Accounting/Finance, but my passion is sales, service and technology. I've held roles of CEO, CFO, Director of Retail Banking, Director of Consumer Lending, and my latest endeavor, co-founder of BankMobile. Believing that Culture and retaining customers are extremely critical, I have customer service as one area that reports to me as I lead teams responsible for a state of the art call center supporting our T-Mobile Money program and our call centers supporting over 2 million checking accounts for millennials. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) in these call centers on-shore and off-shore are 65 - 75! The average bank has a NPS of 36. Trust Pilot score of 4.6. My years of building, leading, and coaching high performing teams that focus on execution and results has enabled me (and my teams) to enjoy such success. My team members all know that being honest and obeying all laws and regulations are non-negotiable traits.I am seen as a strategic leader who also is not afraid to roll up his shirt sleeves to help achieve our goals.
