How I ended up with Blu Ballz. (Yes, I am using this as my title for my upcoming book!)After discovering yoga in 2005, I became instantly obsessed with the practice and decided to take yoga teacher training the following year. By the end of 2006, I was a certified/registered yoga teacher and would be teaching in gyms and yoga studios in the San Francisco Peninsula.In 2010, my hubby and I decided to roll the dice and opened our own yoga studio in the heart of Mountain View, CA. With the theme "light on tradition. heavy on workout." we proudly named our yoga studio Yoga Belly.After teaching yoga for over a decade, I was thirsty for something new and exciting to add to the my teaching and practice. That's when a gal pal asked me to test out a new product that she had created, a pair of weighted balls not yet available in the market. I went home and practiced yoga with them and the rest is history...
