I Flared Up Coding!!! 🔥🔥 “A winner is not the person who always succeeds, but the one who finds the right cure for all the problems that come on the way.” Life is a beautiful journey but doesn’t mean that you always wake up ready to seize the day. My professional journey as an employee and a team leader had indispensable ups and downs, but inspiration and friendships were the greatest bonds that I held on to forever. I opened the door to a new world with one small step. I took that step, esoterically, in 2015 after having crossed the paths of challenges & struggles with sheer determination and hard work. Then began the voyage of freelancing with an enthusiastic bunch who joined hands with me with trust. By understanding the problem point and client requirements, the team with me won the hearts of many clients. My 22 years of experience taught me that FEAR is a significant part of life. To me “people are the key to success”. Right people at the right time and being with them as one among them can make you fly high with colors. And to me that success is CALIBRAINT. Today, I spearhead Calibraint, a Software Development Company in India and usher a young sparkling team, with an aim to produce high-quality software solutions with a customer-centric approach. I have always believed that, while the skills of a good leader might seem a lot, it all just comes down to being one among the employees.The pages of some books are the rose of joy which keeps the fragrance alive for ages. And my book still has PAGES to fill!
