Xavier specializes in industrial property sales and leasing throughout Orange County. He began his real estate career in 2012 starting with a small boutique real estate firm and later working with CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE), a global provider of real estate services. He has since built a loyal client base due to his strong work ethic, creative solutions, and client-first focus completing more than 250 sales and leasing transactions. In 2020, Xavier joined Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) to partner with Steve Wagner and Zach Niles where he will continue to focus on representing Industrial real estate owners and occupiers.
