Having completed my Masters in Strategy & Leadership as a UK Sloan Fellow at the prestigious London Business School, I gained a global perspective to spearhead impactful projects for organizations I work with. At ENIL (Radio Mirchi), I am responsible for key business metrics of revenue and profitability for the business. I lead operations spanning 65 cities across India, USA and UAE. I also partner with the programming team and the digital team for creating new products and recasting existing products for maximum impact. I am also a member of ENIL’s Executive Committee, involved in Strategic Direction, Decision Making and effective management.Earlier, as the Chief Revenue Officer at ENIL, I have had the privilege of leading a dedicated sales force of 400 individuals ensuring we achieved revenue targets every year consecutively. Under my leadership, the number of branches achieving their target grew from 38% to 70% and Radio Mirchi's market share strengthened to 30% in all major markets.
