Ying Liang

Ying has dedicated her professional activities to developing global business: building new business from scratch in a new market, managing cross-countries multinational teams, managing large and complex global projects having high impact on business culture and business model such M&A and innovation. As native Chinese, Ying is also in charge of large projects in the scope of Belt & Road Initiative. Born in Beijing, Ying achieved her Ph.D degree at Telecom ParisTech in Paris and received finance and management education at HBS. Prior to PCCW, she worked at various types of organizations: large telecommunications carriers such as Orange and BT, technology start-ups such as Aleron and Tinet, as well as multilateral development organisations such as the World Bank. Ying is interested in leading a motivated and agile team to grow business with disruptive business model and technology innovation
