Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Cole was an Industrial Specialist at Aquila Commercial and at HPI Corporate Services – both in Austin, TX. Zane earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin. He had a successful collegiate career in track and field at The University of Texas and additionally as an elite-level athlete on the professional circuit. Zane is consistently named in the Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list for Industrial brokers, and has won the CoStar Power Broker award on several occasions. In 2011, he won the Industrial Deal of the Year award at the ABJ’s Best Real Estate Awards.
