I have been hired by founders, shareholders, private equity and venture capital companies and family offices when their businesses are in need of restructuring, the sales team not performing, for scaling up and preparation for a fund raise. I create and build enduring relationships, and clearly formulate and articulate compelling sales propositions and change agendas, presenting the business case to clients, employees, stakeholders and colleagues. I draw from my early corporate experiences, my deep and diverse knowledge as a founder and CEO, and from my time as a venture capital and private equity investment portfolio director, to provide consultancy and leadership, to develop businesses, manage change and transformation programmes, and advise and execute on business performance improvement to create shareholder value.
