My professional journey started with two decades in industrial-product design working as a consultant and heading the design and development efforts of companies in bringing innovative products and technologies to life, fulfilling their business goals. The global transition to the digital world led me to foray into the user experience field in the last five years, with a vision to combine the digital and physical environments using my keen interest in user-centered design, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving approach. The varied projects executed through the design process of requirement gathering, research, data-driven analysis, and creative direction across domains and industries helped create systemic and strategic solutions while driving positive ROI. I have led, managed and delivered projects under stringent quality, cost, and time constraints; with large multi-disciplinary teams across cultures and time zones. This has helped me in building strong client, team, and project management skills, as well as interpersonal skills. My motto to share and contribute; to enrich the quality of people’s lives through design by creating life experiences and aspirational value led me to the field of education.
