In my present position I am responsible for handling Microsoft Office 365 Cloud customer, who wants to migrate to MS Office 365 cloud using various types of Microsoft tools and procedures. I also liaise regularly with other Team Leaders to discuss company procedures, standards and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them. I have worked closely with the R&D Department and have been able to identify problems before they affected the customers. Over the last year(s) I have implemented new techniques throughout department for solving the customer issue. This meant rewriting many of the company's procedures and in some cases creating new procedures. I successfully obtained accreditation at the first attempt within the company. My present job is to handle the service and support for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2010, 2013 with my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest QA standards whilst also minimizing costs, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company's technical and management team.
