Walid Abdin

Walid was employed on Dec, 1997 by Admak General contracting company as Site Engineer for Construction of Bridges & Raps for Interchange 37& 37A and 18&18A project Abu Dhabi, UAE. Born in Cairo on October 1971. Started my career in Cairo in March 1996 as Site Engineer for golf city project in Cairo luxury housing project. During my career I have Involved in different large scale projects for infrastructure works and high rise towers in different locations UAE, India, Australia as detailed below. I have performed different tasks starting from pre-construction activities to review the contract structural drawings, general and particular specifications,Involved in the base line program preparation, to obtain the work permits related to the type of works. Project project procurement including specialized sub-contractor finalization. Finalizing the scheme of the formwork. Materials and drawings submission for approval. I have gained extensive experience in project management enabled the project team to improve their performance by providing guidance coordinating, monitoring and direction to accomplish the assigned tasks to them. To focus on solving the problems as arise, the Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction, implementing the health and safety plan in the project.
