Working from last 16 years in the field of Pharma and Biotech at various levels and disciplines , I am currently focused in the area of Project Management and Construction in setting up the Green field and retrofit projects related to Biotech and Pharma Industries. My mission is to help organisation completing the project in Time ,Quality ,Safety and finally most of us are dependent on is Budget which need to be controlled and complete in allocated funds. My greatest achievement is my confidence to drive any kind of projects in Pharma and Biotech industries. During my past experience in the Engg Dept working as Head of Dept , With my existing team of engineers i am able to reduce the machine breakdown of empty capsule manufacturing machine which increase the outputs of capsule production per day. This helped to increase the production also the sales and in profitability of the plant.
