Custom’s officer in India and NZ for considerable length.  Extensive work experience with Customs Brokers, FF and other 3rd party supplier RFQ selection, management, and engagement reviews on operational compliance.  Special programs projects strategy and roll out for maximising duty mitigation and cost.  Multiple Project Leadership & Management experience in Process Change management, pushing strategic initiatives relating to outsourcing Trade and Customs processes to BPO and continually managing BPO activity.  Exposure in Customs audits participation/ responses and other border govt. Agencies investigations and mitigations.  Experience in working with Legal Counsels and on court litigation issues involving complex project assessments.  Experience on application for AEO, Bonded warehouse approvals for an organization.
