Having worked in five-star hotels, I have had the opportunity to learn from many different cultures which I believe has enabled me to adapt well to my working environment while remaining approachable and calm , A hotel industry professional with several years of experience in pre-opening and opening roles, as well as Housekeeping supervision, I have also served as a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor and Departmental Trainer, where I developed training programs and mentored junior staff to enhance their skills and performance. Recently assisting the Housekeeping Manager with the department's day-to-day operations to exceed guest expectations. Overall, my strengths are team leadership, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and adapting to changes in the hotel industry.
