Aaron Heiss

After Graduating in top of my class, I started in the Detroit independent film market in 1999. I was a P.A. On some bigger studio shoots. Most of my work mainly was P.A., Lighting, Cinematography, Concerts, Music videos, Documentaries & independent feature films. I was Asst Producer & Cameraman for Memorial weekend Event. This was 1999-2004 annually at "Detroit Electronic Music Festival", held in Hart Plaza! In 2002 I got the opportunity to run a Government Public Access Station as Head Producer. I ran the Department, Creating & Developing new content for the Web & Social media. Also doing, live Broadcasting in the Metro Detroit area for the public (I Left in 2005, but invited to return 2013-18)! I had a opportunity in Florida 2005, becoming an entertainer on a replica pirate ship! In 2007 I got hired at Kodak's subsidiary Post Production house, "Laser Pacific" in Hollywood CA, eventual becoming a Asst. Library vault manager! Now working and living in Los Angeles, I got two other jobs. I read and provide feedback, for Movie scripts. These were all Movies, to be produced by Sony (over 20). I also did Freelance Videography, Lighting & Audio, for Kevin Smiths Podcast for three years. In 2011 "Laser Pacific" was sold to "Technicolor", my father had a heart attack & Quadruple bypass surgery. So I moved back to Michigan, to make sure I spend time with my ailing father. As previously mentioned, I was invited back as Head Public Access Producer/Director, for the city of Riverview in 2013/18! I left recently to work at Delta Airlines full-time, in Detroit and transferred to Los Angeles, then Greensboro north Carolina. I moved back to Metro Detroit after the COVID pandemic, working for FORD motor company and freelance filmmaking Specialties and interest: Love Producing!! very knowledgeable in Cinema/Television production, preproduction (script reading), Producing, Post Production, Live Broadcasting, Web Content, Social Media, Videography, Concept phase, Writing, NPR style Journalism, basic Editing, Photography, Creative idealism, Comics, sports, Books, Music, Anime, Manga, Script coverage, Hi-Lo, Traveling, Data Entry, creative feedback, CompA++, Networking, First aide, CPR!
