More than 20 years working in the Mechanical filed with more than 18 years in construction , Testing , commissioning and electromechanical works in power plant ((CCGT, GT and steam power plant)) had given me a good level of experience and professionalism as a result of working in large scale, small scale and turnkey projects inside EGYPT and outside in Gulf region. Also working with big names like (GE, SIEMENS, HITACHI, PGESCO “Branch of BECHTEL”& SEC) gave me good understanding of large systems and how to professionalize in my work. Duties: -Co-ordination, supervision and control of all contractors/sub co. In installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection/approval for related works. -Define scope of work as per contract. -Assign daily tasks and Monitor performance. -Supervision on site to resolve engineering and technical related problems, unplanned events or any other issue that could affect project schedule. -Identify any deviation from the contract requirement and international mechanical standards with SEC team. -Follow up of material delivery and inspection. -Scheduling and monitoring of functional and operational tests of various equipments in order to prepare the equipment for the first start up. -Performing all NDT and review it’s reports as per codes. -Supervision the variation orders and discussion its cost. -Participates in regularly scheduled Construction/Commissioning progress meetings. -Reviews and processes the construction submittals. -Provide input to scheduling. -Coordinate with all other parties (construction, commissioning, vendors, safety, quality control, client, partners, etc.) to complete the job on time, safely and correctly. -Responsible for Mechanical drawings review and approval according to the contract specification requirements. -Reviewing and Verification the as built drawings and modifications executed on field. -Ensure that health, safety, environmental and technology requirements are identified and taken into account.
