Abhaya is a process-driven professional with extensive experience in Sales & Distribution. He has been endorsed for Sales & Distribution, Influencer Management, People Management, Capability Development, and Business Transformation in the Building Material & Consumer products industries (Paints, Cement & Consumer durables etc.) He is well acknowledged for his strategic and focused approach in everything he does. Abhaya is now a co-founder of Nestofix, an “On-Demand Home Services” startup offering “Simple, Affordable, and Accessible” home improvement services for homeowners. Abhaya started his career as a frontline salesperson (with Asian Paints) and grew to head the Sales Excellence Function. He was conducive to establishing the Sales Excellence function and Sales Academy in three leading organizations where he was tasked with his expertise.
