I am a keen seeker of knowledge and I want to grow in prospect so that one day I can stand as the person who has the knowledge of the organization he is into and the processes functioning at different levels. Worked on multiple escalations by business team. Supported as mentor for various batches for seller appeals• Market place abuse fraud investigations for holistic review of fraud patterns for infringement complaints, appeals, vendor teams.• Being a part of the Huddle masters team, I am conducting huddles for all the work groups segments of infringement, appeals,vendor enforcement teams and working as a liaison between MBO business and various work group segments.• Investigating and validating the various doubts faced by investigators for various work groups thorough extensive analysis and providing the timely resolution on the same. Coordinating with worldwide teams and managers for calibration on various gaps and problems faced by the teams in terms of sop, process gaps and updates and not limiting to tool issues, as well on weekly calibration calls discussions.• Protecting the interests of both business and investigators so that both work hand in hand focusing on the same aligned goals.• Preparing and publishing performance reports and delivering new updates from MBO business team to the RA segment and focusing on its timely delivery and loop holes.
