Abram Todd

I’m a soon to be graduating student of economics at The University of Queensland, currently growing my talent in econometrics, data analysis, and research. My motivation to study economics grew from my experiences in 2014 during a 17,000km motorcycle adventure from Canada to Panama. Two months in Central America showed me a side of the world I had never seen before and inspired me to more fully understand the effects of social and economic policy on our everyday lives. My drive to be a catalyst for change has led me to join an amazing team of data analysts with Youth Justice, in the Queensland Government's Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women. Together we leverage our knowledge and data skills, delivering insight to policy makers so that they may better assist and empower disadvantaged and at-risk youth within Queensland.
