In 20+ years of work in construction and related trades, Adam has developed a diverse array of experience in a wide range of project types, including 15 years in a Behavioral Healthcare environment. From corporate interiors, inpatient behavioral health units, and MEP infrastructure upgrades, he has integrated his project management skills towards a common goal: effective completion of multiple project scopes. Adam specializes in on-the-fly modifications to spec and scope to react to existing and changing project conditions. Adam also integrates his project work with the needs of the facility operations staff and is part of the team responsible for regulatory compliance in the healthcare environment. He is also active in sustainability initiatives as they relate to energy efficiency and environmental specification.
