Adam Fifield

I bring more than 35 years of industry experience to my role as Vice President of Business Development at EFG Companies. I have a strong history in automotive retail, dealership consulting, and strategic planning, Most recently, I served as the CEO and Founder of The Excellence Group, a dealership consulting firm based in Charleston, IL, providing Sales Training, Motivation, and Executive Coaching. I previously served as Vice President at Assurant where I was responsible for training and motivating agents across the US, resulting in higher production and higher agent/dealer satisfaction. I spent most of his automotive career at Pilson Auto Centers in Mattoon/Charleston, IL, where I spent 10 years in F&I & rose to the rank of GM/Partner. During my tenure as GM, I helped expand the group from one location to three while improving unit sales by 337%. In my spare time, I love mountain biking & spending time with family/friends.
