About
Adam is a Shareholder at Haddon, Morgan and Foreman P.C. He practices in the areas of appellate, criminal defense, post-conviction matters, civil rights, and civil litigation. He has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Colorado Court of Appeals. After graduating law school, Adam spent two years clerking, first for Judge Carlos F. Lucero of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado, and then for Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV, of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Following his clerkships, Adam worked for six years as a deputy state public defender in the Appellate Division of the Colorado Public Defender’s Office. Adam received his B.A. In History from Tufts University, summa cum laude, in 2004 and his J.D. From Boston College Law School, summa cum laude, in 2008. Outside of his legal practice, Adam is a member of the Executive Council of the Criminal Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and formerly served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Civil Rights Committee of the CBA. He is currently Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association. Adam is a longtime soccer referee, focusing most recently on women’s and men’s matches in Division 1 and Division 2 of the NCAA.
