Adam Parsons

I am a highly professional enthusiast person with a true passion for the bar/hospitality industry. I've worked in a wide range of cocktail bars around the world and have built a very high knowledge of mixology, beer and wine. I started out working as a bar back making my way up to head bartender. Now I am working as a bar supervisor in a world wide hotel chain and I have begun to train staff to a very high standard, some of which have never worked behind a bar before. My time keeping is excellent and I have an amazing attendance record and rarely take time off work for any reason. In my current job I have also had the opportunity to work in all areas of hospitality and I am now very confident with property management systems, all other reception work and the day to day running of a hotel.
