Adam Skrobalak

Recently appointed AFL Midfield Line Coach after being given an opportunity to coach the Forwards at AFL level for the last 6 weeks of the 2019 season. Before the above my role was AFL Midfield Development Coach whilst also driving our 2019 contest program and the rucks. On AFL game day my coaches box role included analysing stoppage, contest & coaching the Rucks. Previously I have spent 7 successful years as a local senior coach in 2012 I stepped into a role as Assistant Coach with VFL club Port Melbourne before moving to under 18 TAC cup club the Western Jets in 2013 where I spent the first year coaching the Defence and then moving into coaching the Midfield as well as being the Head of High Performance Development this season. Whilst coaching at the Western Jets I have also been appointed Head Coach of the Vic Metro u17s for the 2014 season. In 2013 I also had the privilege of being appointed the Head Coach of the AFL Multicultural Squad, and was selected as a member of the inaugural AFL coaches Academy and am currently completing my Level 3 in AFL High Performance Coaching. As well as being a Football Coach, I started my own company TWP Teamworks Performance in August 2009. From a home office, this quickly grew to a small commercial office space and today we are a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of custom made sports uniforms as well as corprate apparel, workwear and promotional products. Our showroom and offices are based in Geelong, Victoria.
