Currently hold a position as a Senior Ambulatory Informatics Department manager. Responsible for managing a team of 15 Analysts that oversee the Ambulatory clinical systems implementation , support and training for a large medical group. System and components managed are: • Allscripts TouchWorks,(formally known as Enterprise EHR) • Allscripts Prenatal • Allscripts Document Management-Scan Module • Follow My Health Patient Portal • Allscripts Care Manager and Care Director • Follow My Health-Healthgrid Mobile Patient Engagement Platform • Healthfinch-Prescription Renewal Delegation Engine • Allscripts dbMotion- Health Information Exchange Platform • Managed the transition of multiple Ambulatory specialties from paper to an Ambulatory EHR system, Allscripts TouchWorks Managed roll out/support of the following IT solutions • Meaningful use initiatives • dbMotion Health Information Exchange Platform • Follow My Health patient portal • ICD-10 system readiness • Various TouchWorks upgrades, including: o v11.2.1 to v11.4.1 o v11.4.1 to v17.1 • Follow My Health-Healthgrid Mobile Patient Engagement Platform • Healthfinch-Prescription Renewal Delegation Engine Role also includes: • Detailed management of clinical Informatics services and future state ambulatory applications portfolio for over 83 clinics • Participation in IT annual portfolio development in alignment with organizational Strategic Direction • Effective management of the client relationship and resolution of client system issues for approximately 1,500 users • Risk identification and appropriate escalation • Management of staff such that milestones, goals, services levels, and outcomes are achieved • Management of department budget of over $1.5 million • On-Going develop of performance improvement measures • Alignment with the Organizational Leadership Principles • Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies •Regular capacity management of 15 FTEs • Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan • Create team spirit Strong problem solving ability, analytical skills, communication (both verbal and written) and proven Leadership skills. Fluent in: English, Russian, Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, Photoshop, ePM Live); Energetic, organized, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
