I work as an SRE @ Google Past Experience: Amazon Elastic Load Balancing team. My job was to make sure our customers have a great experience. We achieve this by building software, coaching subject matter experts and consulting customers directly or via technical account managers. Previously I worked in Cisco on integrated services router and nexus switches. My responsibilities included scalability and performance testing and automation. As a student, I worked on projects involving data center and enterprise network design, Software Defined Network (Cisco onePK) and contributed to open source community via Wireshark.
