Adityo works in a team where they orchestrate timely availability of reliable dashboard reports for their exec leaders, to expedite key business decisions on every strategic initiative streams in the organization. In his 12+ years experience in IT of various industries, Adityo has both been involved in, and handling up to multi-million dollars value of project deliveries as Project Manager in Jakarta, KL, and Bandung, all with its own different complexities and various sizes and ranges of teams; from multicultural, with and without subcontractors, to a geographically dispersed teams. His wide exposure is on general IT, Government sector, Banking and Financial Services, Plantation, and more prominently in Telco business. Adityo has several credentials & associations: • ITIL-F v3 certified • IBM Design Thinking practitioner certified • PMI® PMP certified • PMI® Indonesia Chapter's Board of Communications member 2018-2020 • PJM Facilitator for Dayalima Consulting / DDI Indonesia • PMI® Indonesia Chapter's Program Head for Study Group Season 15 • PMI® Indonesia Chapter's volunteering facilitator for Study Group Season 13, 14, 16, 17 & 18 With his forte in project management & governance, he now chooses to work in Corporate Strategy division of XL Axiata, a strong telco company in Indonesia - second only to the state-owned, market-dominating GSM provider Telkomsel (to whom he has also served as his client, in a large ESB-SOA integration, a multi-million USD project). While Adityo is not actively seeking for new work opportunities, you can still contact him for positions within the APAC region (in and out of Indonesia). He is also available for pro-bono activities such as Community/Knowledge Sharing on PMBOK-based Project Management, or to professionally conduct PMP Exam Prep Courses & Trainings outside of his work hours.
