I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a commitment to deliver high quality service level. With 20 years of extensive experience as DBA and system engineer I have developed effective problem solving skills while dealing with complex architectural systems. I am able to work on my own or as a part of a team with passion and commitment. Throughout my career I have been a key player in all my roles and have established and maintained excellent professional and personal relationships at all levels. Currently employed at Fastweb as DBA team coordinator. Into the FastCLOUD operation structure I'm responsible to guarantee the continuity of database services for all our enterprise customers, according with their SLA , KPIs as well as internal quality requirements. I'm also dealing with transition/migration and/or activation of database services into our operation structure. In the last 5 years I have been developing further technical skills and expertises on many database/non-database technologies like: Oracle Engineered Systems ( SSC, Exadata, ZSA applicance); Oralce IaaS Cloud Services; Mysql, including HA and DR solutions; PostreSQL; SQLServer; MongoDB and MongoDB Operation Manager; VMWare Hypervisors/Vcenter integration and best practices with database technologies; KVM and database technology; Linux administration, including some HA solution like pacemaker cluster. In the previous work experience at Carrefour I worked mainly as senior DBA Oracle and dealt with many other System Engineer roles. I acquired some expertises with HP-UX operating system , Red Hat, Veritas and HP LVM volume manager, Storage Administration, Backup administration with HP dataprotector tools, IBM MQ Websphere and many middleware infrastructure. However one of the main and interesting task was to provide technical performance analysis of application suffering performance issue. Also I was auditor of a deploy process with commitment to ensure a good quality of design model of databases. Specialties: Oracle database, RAC and Dataguard ,Oralce Engineered system, VmWare and KVM; Mysql technologies, deep knowledge of Oracle Performance and tuning techniques, knowledge of different SAN technologies, Volume management; Backup and Zero down time technologies.
