I am a Chartered Company Secretary and in-house Company Secretarial Manager in the Jazz Pharmaceutical Group. I have extensive knowledge of company law and corporate governance from a US, Irish and European perspective and manage the corporate governance and company law standards for the Group which comprises of 35 subsidiaries including the Nasdaq listed Plc and an large portfolio of US and European subsidiaries. Prior to joining Jazz, I held the position of Assistant Company Secretary with KBC Bank Ireland Ltd for thirteen years and have extensive experience within the regulated Banking & Financial sector. I am an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Secretary to the Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Ireland and a member of the Events Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Ireland. I hold a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance and am currently completing ACOI Professional Certificate in Compliance.
