I am a Real Estate Broker, Appraiser, and Architect. My journey into the Real Estate industry began at the Mapua Institute of Technology, a top school for property design and construction. Upon graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, I was hired by top property developers to perform architectural design, property management, and client-contractor coordination duties. A few years into my career as an Architect, I realized the business potential of investing in Real Estate, especially for a rapid developing country like the Philippines. This passion led me to further education and passing a national licensure examination to become a qualified Broker and Appraiser, even achieving top 8 on the latter.
