I have got experience in working at Start-up environments on the cutting edge technology , for past 10 years I have been working for a software product company on contact center domain with solutions deployed on both premise and AWS cloud My Responsibilities include but not limited to  Testing the mission critical systems for performance, scalability and resiliency Manage the high-performance team with focus on Planning / Scheduling / Tracking, Implementation and delivery on time, managing the costs in budget.
