Project Manager Alan Ayerdis has over 23 years of construction experience mainly in the Las Vegas Market. The past 15 years has been solely focused in the commercial construction industry. As Project Project Manager, he is responsible for supervision, estimation, and project management. He is a liaison between office staff, subcontractors, architects and owner representatives. He ensures compliance of construction, design of drawings, specifications, planning, procurement, scheduling, determining man power levels, material quantities, and equipment needs. As necessary, he advises the project team of potential problems and provides resolution to such challenges. Additionally, he ensures compliance to safety programs and policies by monitoring work performance, and productivity of subcontractors to guarantee project rules and procedures are maintained. In charge of coordinating work with owners, and clients to secure and maintain strict standards of conduct and satisfaction for every construction project.
