Experience spans from pre-revenue startup to leading large Fortune 1000 multi-site operations with high customer count service-intensive operations. Success has come from my ability to build strong teams and durable infrastructure that consistently and profitably fulfills our customers needs. Past work has included acquisitions and divestitures, deal structuring, business development, sales force creation, restructuring, call center implementation, operational strategy development and execution, and production and distribution network design. All based on rigorous analysis followed by detailed execution. Specialties: Start up and general management of operationally intensive B2B/B2G companies. Have significant experience developing strategy, building out supporting infrastructure, and scaling for growth.
