I am the founder and CEO at mthree.With over 15 years’ experience in human capital management solutions that specialise in technology services; I have worked my way up from consultant to CEO and have covered all aspects within this sector, across global markets.At mthree, I am responsible for overseeing each of the company’s offices, associates and departments worldwide and work in a hands-on capacity to advance the company into different sectors, to deliver and inaugurate new business and assist clients in achieving their visions and goals. Mthree is principally an emerging talent partner to global, blue-chip enterprises focusing on their technology & business operations.We work with clients for the long-term, taking the time upfront to understand their business and workforce requirements to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.We source, train and hire outstanding people with the skills that are most in demand and embed them seamlessly into our clients’ teams for up to 24 months, at which point they can be converted to full time employees. Alternatively, we can reskill a client’s own employees.We operate a leading global community of trained technologists’ and professionals across the experience spectrum, from interns & graduates through to career changers, veterans and seasoned experts.
