I am an ISEB, ScrumMaster certified Test Manager with a hands on approach, experienced in deliveries covering a range of project methodologies, the last few of which have been spent working in Agile environments. I have experience working in teams with little or no prior Agile experience who require setup knowledge and/or guidance, to fully Agile teams that are looking for someone to progress the current work stream. Am as at home with getting involved with testing of stories as I am with looking at team structures and hiring in the right people to move the team on. I am always up for a challenge and never shy away from trying something new.
