Alex Schultz joined Beveridge Seay in 2008 and has developed branding and signage programs for the District of Columbia Courts, Physicians for Human Rights, and Saint Francis Veterinary Center, among others.Alex was instrumental in the planning and implementation of the interior and exterior signage system for the Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), consisting of over 3,000 signs across six campuses. NOVA’s signage program has been a main component of their continued growth and brand consistency. The District of Columbia Courts relies on Alex’s leadership as the Project Manager for all signage and wayfinding projects. The program encompasses over 1.2 million square feet of navigable space across 10 buildings throughout DC.Alex graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, and has since returned to serve on the UMBC faculty. Outside of Beveridge Seay, Alex has been invited to design materials for UMBC, AIGA Baltimore, and Washington DC’s Urban Forest Project.
