Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and result-oriented Environmental GIS Specialist with a background in Project Management My educational background comes from a Master of Arts Degree with a Major in Environmental Management from a renowned University in Russia and a Post Graduate Program in Project Management at Centennial College. I have gained experience both in the field and in the office gaining hands-on experience to all realms involving GIS techniques and practices. I am continuously looking for challenges to expand my knowledge to understand and gain the expertise that will take my GIS skills to the next level. I am familiar with a wide range of geomatics and graphical software, including ENVI, ArcGIS, GlobalMapper, MapInfo, and AutoCAD. I have proficiency in remote sensing technologies, mapping, database analysis, and 3D modelling. I have applied GIS and remote sensing technologies to a variety of projects including my fourth-year thesis paper which involved performing an Environmental Impact Assessment after the extraction of fossil fuels.
