Alexandru Ibanescu

I am a resourceful professional offering multilingual assets and expertise in International Relations and Intercultural relations, but I am very passionate about helping others succeed in their careers through cultural exchange, and over the years my teams and I had the opportunity to be a small part of thousands of young adults development as individuals and professionals around the world. In my current and previous roles I had the opportunity to travel in over 25 different countries, experience that has enabled me to adhere to my career goals by promoting cultural exchange domestically and overseas through the United States Department of State Bridge USA programs. My teams and I have successfully worked with our U.S. Based employers and overseas partners, our international participants and local communities ensuring that all parties are in compliance with the U.S. DoS program rules and regulations, while also delivering on a great experience to all actors involved in the the Bridge USA programs. My other passion/hobby is soccer/football, the name depends on where you are watching from but I am also a big fan of the NFL. While trying to inflict the soccer culture in my 2 children( my daughter already switched to tennis) and play in the Sunday league, I have also been coaching club soccer for the past 5 years and High School most recently, experience that has helped me become a better individual, as it is very often where I think we all have a lot to learn from children.
