I see myself as a leader, but a leader that is always showing other members their own potential in order to become a stronger worker. I believe in teamwork, but also the importance of working individually in a group to keep everything at a stable pace. I believe that there is always room for improvement and that there is no limit for any achievement. I feel that my bubbly and unique personality gives me the ability to work well under stress, keep groups of people organized and working well together, as well as see the positivity and possibility in any obstacle that my team and I are faced with.
