Alexis Kirby

My almost three years in the property management industry was very rewarding. I was recognized for helping my community achieve the highest Yelp rating, and highest NPS scores for move ins. I was nominated for Leasing / Customer Service Professional of the Year with 1 – 400 units, in the 2018 CAA San Diego Mission Awards. For a total of eight years I have had the privilege of working various positions in Apple Retail. During my time I’ve enriched the lives of many types of customers and gained valuable technical skills and software knowledge. What I’ve enjoyed the most is taking customer’s problems as an opportunity to shine and breaking barriers of those who didn’t believe they could learn how to use our products. During my last year at Apple, I spent almost four months at corporate learning the ins and outs of the digital content management systems that control the Apple Online Store. I participated as a publisher during a new product launch and created material for a Mother’s Day gifts campaign. This internal internship has been truly valuable since it’s allowed me to experience a different side of Apple Retail.
