As the leader of IT Infrastructure and Operations, I’ve been able to create a team of amazing professionals unique with their own skillset. My team has been able to migrate systems, networks, telecommunications through several mergers and acquisitions; each time building a stronger framework. Information technology is nothing new to me, I’ve been in this field for 23 years. During this time, I have spent 10 years in management. I’ve led my team through massive core changes, and data center migrations. Being a part of the success of Pacific Premier Bank means working with a team of talented professionals, striving for innovation and excellence. I’m a great example of where hard work and determination can take you at the bank. I began as System Engineer III, and I am now the Senior, Vice President, Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations.
